Turkey Casserole - The Grand Finale!

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you are having a wonderful day, eating good food and spending time with loved ones. We are having a great time at my in-laws with all of the Daugette family. Bea and our nephew, who is about a year younger than Bea, are now getting to the age where they will play together so it's fun to watch their relationship start to grow.

I wanted to share our recipe for Thanksgiving dinner leftovers. It is a family favorite for sure. It is so easy and yummy to bake up for the days following Thanksgiving or to freeze and have anytime of the year when you get that craving for turkey dinner.

Here is the magic -- so simple but seriously delicious.

Grand Finale Casserole
Leftover Dressing
Leftover Turkey
Leftover Gravy
Leftover Mashed Potatoes

Grease appropriate-sized casserole dish. Layer leftover dressing on bottom. Cover with chunks or slices of turkey meat. Cover with gravy. Spoon mashed potatoes over the top.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Enjoy!
