Catching up

It was touch and go for a little bit there, but I survived finals and have one more semester under my belt. Surgical instruments will be in my hands in no time.  : ) Things have been busy -- family pictures, a trip to San Francisco, and now preparing for homemade Christmas.

I was so excited to win a giveaway on Casey's beautiful blog a few months ago for a mini session from Selah photography. We went to the urban themed session in downtown Fort Worth last Sunday. It was so much fun - the girls were so sweet and it was nice to get in and get out with the 30 minute mini session. We are so happy to have some great quality professional pictures of our family. My little shy girl needed some coaxing to come out of her shell so thank goodness for gummy bear bribery and sweet photographers. If you are in the D/FW area I highly recommend Selah photography! We will definitely be going back. Here are the pictures we chose from our mini session!

And our first family Christmas card (!!!)

I used tinyprints.com and was so excited when I searched for a coupon before I checked out and found one for 15% off the order. And they offer free expedited shipping. It was such a great deal! I can't wait to get them in the mail.

Look for a post about San Fran and homemade Christmas soon!
